To the ground floor of the Residence an Outdoor Swimming pool in a sunny position can be enjoyed by residents and guests during the daytime. Private Resident Parking is provided with the property for your convenience. A pleasant 8 minute walk takes you to the lakeshore of Tremezzo, arguably one of the most picturesque towns along Lake Como! Here you can enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the beautifully landscaped lakeside Park, swim safely in the clean Lake water, relax with a coffee in one of the many cafes and restaurants, visit Tremezzo’s majestic Church, spend an evening wine-tasting in the old wine cellars or dine in style at the beautiful Darsena restaurant, which boasts breathtaking and unforgettable views over Lake Como. | To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
